Processes to remediate negative impacts and channels for communities to raise concerns
Heinzel Group maintains clear and accessible channels through which community members can raise concerns related to its operations. Citizens can submit complaints and observations in writing or verbally. All submissions are handled within local complaint management systems, where they are reviewed, documented, and addressed with appropriate countermeasures. In addition to these local channels, there is an anonymous whistleblower platform available for reporting sensitive matters securely and confidentially.
