Processes to remediate negative impacts and channels to raise concerns
Employees who become aware of any violation of applicable laws or the Heinzel Group Code of Conduct are required to report it immediately to their supervisor. Employees are encouraged to report any unethical or illegal behavior, including potential conflicts of interest, misconduct, malpractice (such as bribery), discrimination, harassment, or any human rights violations. Reporting suspected misconduct in good faith carries no negative consequences for the whistleblower. To further support transparency and accountability, Heinzel Group has implemented a whistleblowing system to address stakeholder concerns. This secure communication platform is available 24/7 from anywhere in the world, allowing individuals to submit written reports at any time. To ensure confidentiality and protect the identity of whistleblowers, the system also offers the option to communicate through an anonymous mailbox.
