Training and skills development metrics

Heinzel Group is fully committed to fostering the personal and professional development of its employees. As part of the career management process, personal goals are defined at key career stages, ensuring structured career progression. Professional training programs are offered at all career levels to support continuous learning and skill enhancement.To monitor training efforts, a digital training platform has been implemented to record training hours. However, not all training activities are captured by this platform, as some programs are conducted outside the system. To ensure comprehensive tracking, training expenditures and training hours are documented, as well as regular performance and career development reviews conducted.Further improvements are needed in the documentation of training hours. Therefore, these metrics will not be reported this year, but will remain a focus for future data management development.S1-14 - Health and safety metricsDue to intensified awareness and safety initiatives, the group-wide Lost Time Injury Frequency Rate (LTIFR) was reduced from 8.26 to 7.42 in 2025. Overall, both the number of recordable work-related accidents and the accident rate (recordable accidents per one million working hours) decreased compared to the previous years.
